Food selection MUST be confirmed ONE Week prior to your function.

Final numbers MUST be confirmed 24 HOURS prior to the date of booking.
A 20% Deposit is required 2 weeks prior to your function for groups over 20 people.

Cancellation of your function MUST be made no later than 2 Weeks prior to booking date.

There is a compulsory 10% service charge on booking of 20 people or more

There is a 10% Surcharge on Sundays and public holidays.

We kindly advise that evening functions pre arrange transport for guests. Taxi services need to
be booked in advance due to lack of availability in Terrey Hills after 9pm.
